Your Consumer Right to Return and Refund

  1. Legal Right to Cancel: Consumers have the legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during the specified period. This right allows consumers to notify us of their decision to cancel and receive a refund.

  2. Exceptions to the Cancellation Right:

    • Sealed products unsealed after delivery.
    • Products mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
    • Alcoholic products whose value fluctuates in the market beyond our control.
    • Non-alcoholic products with health and safety concerns, such as soft drinks or products with less than 9% alcohol content.
  3. Cancellation Period: The right to cancel begins from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. The cancellation period depends on the order and delivery method.

  4. How to Cancel:

    • Complete the cancellation form on our website (link provided in the Dispatch Confirmation).
    • Notify us via email or telephone with your order details.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be issued for the price paid for the products, minus any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is permitted in a shop.
    • Delivery costs will be refunded only if the goods have not been dispatched. Refunds will not exceed the cost of the least expensive delivery method offered.
    • Refunds will be processed within:
      • 14 days after receiving the returned products or evidence of return.
      • 14 days after the cancellation notification if the products were not dispatched.
  6. Faulty or Misdescribed Products: In cases of faulty or misdescribed products:

    • A full refund will be issued, including delivery charges and reasonable return costs.
  7. Return Requirements:

    • Products must be returned without undue delay and within 14 days of cancellation notice.
    • For large items that cannot be returned by post, collection charges will apply unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
  8. Refund Methods: Refunds will be made via the original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Amazon account). Payments made with vouchers or store credit may be refunded in the same format.

  9. Non-Refundable Products:

    • Products that have been engraved or personalized unless they are damaged or incorrectly applied.
  10. Liability: This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or other applicable laws.
